Our journey began with a shared passion for food and storytelling. The founders, rooted in the cultural richness of India, wanted to create a space where people could gather to enjoy exceptional food while experiencing the warmth and hospitality synonymous with Indian culture. Inspired by the vibrant flavors of East Indian curries and the fiery tang of Hakka Chinese dishes, Indian Tales is a melting pot of culinary traditions.

We chose the name “Indian Tales” to reflect our desire to narrate the stories behind the recipes, the regions they come from, and the memories they evoke. Every dish on our menu carries a tale—of bustling Indian spice markets, sizzling street food stalls, and the innovative fusion cuisine born from the blending of Indian and Chinese communities.
